We presented a case of a 55-year-old man with a diagnosis of Legionella-related bilateral sudden sensorineural hearing loss (BSSHL). The patient’s hearing loss improved considerably after intratympanic steroid therapy. Herein, we discuss this case and review the literature on Legionella-related BSSHL. Notably, to date, this is the only case report to include a complete and comprehensive hearing assessment. (J Taiwan Otolaryngol Head Neck Surg 2026; 60:134-138)
