Glomus tumors originate from glomus bodies associated with body temperature regulation. The occurrence of glomus tumors in the sinonasal tract is extremely rare. We reported the case of a 41-year-old man with a complaint of intermittent epistaxis
for 9 months. The local finding and image examination revealed an euangiotic mass in the left nasal cavity, which was confirmed as a glomus tumor upon biopsy. Complete endoscopic resection of the mass was performed under general anesthesia
with hemostasis being cautiously maintained. The patient tolerated it well. No tumor recurrence was noted during the postoperative 8-month clinical follow-up. (J Taiwan Otolaryngol Head Neck Surg 2020; 55:214-217)
