Benign peripheral nerve sheath tumors that arise from the nose and paranasal sinuses have been scarcely documented in the literature. We present a case of solitary neurofibroma in the nasal cavity of a 36-year-old female who complained of right-sided nasal obstruction with epistaxis for the previous two months. Fiberscope and imaging studies revealed a tumor involving the right nasal cavity without headache or neurological symptoms. The tumor originated from the posterior superior nasal septum, and endoscopic excision was performed. Histological and immunohistochemical examination showed that the tumor was a neurofibroma. At 3 years follow-up, there was no evidence of recurrence. Our case report aims to remind physicians to consider neurofibroma as a differential diagnosis in patients with a nasal tumor.
