Airway hemangiomas are benign vascular lesions encompassing a spectrum of presentations across the respiratory tract, from the nares to the tracheobronchial tree. While the majority of these lesions manifest in the subglottic region of infants, pediatric supraglottic hemangiomas are notably rare. We report a case of epiglottic hemangioma in a 12-year-old boy who presented with odynophagia. A transoral CO2 laser microsurgery was performed, and the patient was discharged the next day. Throughout the ongoing follow-up, the patient has remained disease-free, with no recurrence observed during the one-year follow-up period. Additionally, this report delineates management strategies for pediatric epiglottic hemangiomas. (J Taiwan Otolaryngol Head Neck Surg 2025; 59:178-182)
