摘　　　要

Schwannomas in the head and neck region most commonly present as vestibular schwannomas. However, their appearance in the auricle is extremely rare. We presented a patient of postauricular schwannoma and reviewed the previous cases of auricular schwannomas. Interestingly, we noted that most patients with auricular schwannoma were of Asian ethnicity. Clinicians may need to consider auricular schwannoma in the diagnosis of auricular masses, especially in Asian patients.
